Pneumatic Thin Strip Feeder

Pneumatic Thin Strip Feeder



We offer Pneumatic Thin Strip Feeders, with one or two guides for thin and narrow strips. The delicate strips of the feeders are guided throughout the feeder length by suitable guides installed between the clamps (one or two depending on how rigid the strip is). In some of the cases, it is even possible to transform the siding plates in a guide and for this purpose plates are 10 mm wider than the maximum strip width. 

These Pneumatic Thin Strip Feeders are available for two types of strips, such as:


    1. Band feeder for cloth feeding or very delicate strips : In order to help feeding dedicate strips, it is possible to equip the feeder with two endless belts which are fed by the clamps of the feeder. Our strips are sandwiched between the two belts and therefore never touched by the clamps.



  2. Thin strips guides : these are suitable for foils of thickness up to 10 microns. The strip is guided by means of top and bottom rod. It is possible to push all types of material (also metal strips thinner than 0.05 mm). It can be mounted on any feeder. With this device you use the total feeder width and the strips sliding friction is very less.

We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of a wide range of user friendly De-Coilers that has user friendly design and is available in cost effective prices. These de-coilers are available with spindle & coil holding heads housed in mechanical & ground housing & rotates on dust proofed sealed bearing element. Moreover, their control panel has suitable loop control system to maintain loop of coil for the machine via antenna type loop sensors or limit arm through limit switches or photo sensors

De-Coiler Cum Straightener

Industrial Strip Straightener
